Four-townhouse project (Szeged, Hungary).American House acquired the 1114 sqm corner plot from the city of Szeged at public auction in 1992. Working with local planners and contractors it built four townhouses with separate garages for total gross floor area of 865 sqm. The project was completed and sold in 1994.

"Marostöi" neighborhood shopping center.Amerikai Ház acquired the 1870 sqm plot in 1993. Working with local planners and contractors it built 20 ground floor shops/offices and eight finished attic flats organized around two courtyards for total gross floor area of 1850 sqm. The project was completed and sold in 1995.

Gogol Center office building (Szeged).American House acquired the 530 sqm plot from the city of Szeged at public auction in 1994. Working with local planners and contractors it built a five-story office building with gross floor area of 1250 sqm. The first western style office building built in Hungary outside of Budapest, the project was completed and sold in 1997.

Berzenczey u. 4-6, 10-12. (Budapest, Hungary).In 1994 American House acquired two pairs of adjacent plots in District IX. Working with local planners and contractors it built one five-story and one six-story building containing a total of 68 flats, seven ground floor shops and 50 covered parking places for combined above ground gross floor area of 6647 sqm and net above ground sellable area of 4520 sqm. The buildings were completed and sold in 1997 and 2001, respectively.

Ferenc tér 5.In 1994 American House acquired two adjacent plots totaling 1213 sqm in District IX. Working with local planners and contractors it built a six-story building containing 59 flats, five ground floor shops and 48 covered parking spaces for gross above ground floor area of 5636 sqm and net above ground sellable area of 2945 sqm. The project was completed and sold in 2002.

Ferenc tér 6-7.In 1995 Amerikai Ház acquired two adjacent plots totaling 1738 sqm in District IX. Working with local planners and contractors it built a seven-story building with 67 flats and four ground floor shops together with 109 covered parking spaces for total gross above ground floor area of 6757 sqm and net above ground sellable area of 4730 sqm. The project was completed and sold in the spring of 2003.

Szekszardi u. 9-17.In 2000 Amerikai Ház affiliate RF Kft. acquired a 6200 sqm plot spanning half a city block in District XIII from the municipality. Working with local planners and contractors it built five five-story buildings containing a total of 208 flats, 24 ground floor shops and 221 covered parking spaces for total above ground floor area of 19,320 sqm and total net above ground sellable area of 13,179 sqm. The project was completed and sold in phases between 2003 and 2008.
